I am Keiko, the owner of Royal Kuhio Coral Room and Ocean Room.

I would like to introduce myself here on this page. I am Japanese, born and grew up in Japan. I came to the State years ago and spent some time for undergraduate and graduate studies in New York City. Then, I moved to Hawaii in 2001 for work. Since that time, I have been a resident of Hawaii and lived in Waikiki for about 20 years, now.

 

During my time in Waikiki, I moved many times and lived in different condominiums and different areas within Waikiki. With all my experiences, I became confident that the most desirable condominium for me to stay in Waikiki was  Royal Kuhio. 

 

Royal Kuhio is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki and is close to everything, beach, restaurants, shops, public transportations, and many other services in Waikiki.

Next door is Marriot Courtyard Hotel, across the street is Hyatte (Centric Hyatt Waikiki Beach Hotel), right in from of the condominium is one of the largest bus stops, by the condominium is BIKI station(bike-sharing service). Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, DSF, and International Market Place are just a few minutes walking distances away.

Having said, the greatest part about my units is not the above mentioned. It is that regardless of the location surrounded hotels and restaurants, noise from the outside is very minimum, rather very quiet considering the location. I think it is because my units' balconies are not facing to the main street, even though the condominium and its entrance are on a major street (Kuhio Avenue).  Additionally, located on a major street offer a great security aspect as well (if you go into a narrow street, you'd better careful especially after dark).

In the balcony, there are table and chairs. Have a cup of coffee; maybe with breakfast and enjoy the nice Hawaiian breeze. At this moment, I am sure that you understand why people love to come and stay in Hawaii. Come and feel the joyful time that I would like to share with you.
